the joys of moving house
Today I signed the lease paperwork for our new place. We picked up the keys and went to the place to check it out again in more detail. I dunno why this is the case, but the second time we had a look around, things were much better than the images we had in our minds. Together with a tape measure we confirmed that odd little things (like our fridge) would fit where we wanted them to 
The 2 computer rooms upstairs are so much bigger than my current rooms, so I’m going to have a lot of room to spread these machines out. I’d love to still get my hands on either a 1/2 height or a full height rack for the main computer room.
We’re looking at moving sometime in the middle of next week, which is well timed because I am off work for almost 2 weeks.
The most important thing though, is that I’ll have my 2 awesome little cats back by this time next week! wOOoooO! Its going to be so cool! I bet they have so much fun on the staircase, chasing each other up and down. It’ll be interesting how they react to the new place, it was quite entertaining to watch them when they first decided to venture into our place when they rocked up on our balcony some 6-9 months ago.
